No video track on IPTV Smarters Pro

Need some help and would appreciate if anybody can help. I'm watching GOT using IPTV on IPTV Smarters Pro from the Play Store. It plays fine on my phone with video, audio and subtitles etc but on my fire stick and BlueStacks on my laptop there is no video track for some reason.

Anyone able to explain this? It's quite annoying

Try using an external player like VLC

Change the decoder settings to Hardware or HW+

reinstall the player if not get a different one from apkpure but reinstalling may help. try using a different pak if this does not help you may have a corrupted file so u might even download it again as well
