so i have a TCL smarttv which has netflix youtube etc but is not an android tv rather simple smarttv. only app that i can find close to my need is SSIPTV which takes m3u links but is not streaming any channel. i need to know how to make iptv work, i prefer mac based iptv pls help with advice and setup info if needed
No, if you cant get SSIPTV working, then you are out of luck.
Depending on where you are tcl rokus you can install stalker or ministra. Then you need to find a stalker service that works like express, gold, etc.

You already cut corners when buying the tcl tv. Take the money saved on this tv and just purchases a 50 dollar firestick.
Then you'll be able to do anything you like.
I hesitate to call smarttv smart these days. They are very gimmicky.
Manufacturers drop a laggy interface on there with Netflix and call it a smarttv.
Trying to run iptv through a tv is not the best,internal memory is small.. If you want simplicity and a very easy to use device get the formuler z7 or z8 box works like a charm
Spend the $25 for a Firestick 4k (often on sale). This along with TiviMate and you're golden!
I have a TCL TV and I'm assuming yours is roku based like mine is. Unfortunately you're out of luck unless you buy a firestick or shield since roku is useless iptvwise
