When going into PayPal. Don't login with your details. Just login as a guest and use a VPN too. If you really don't want to use your personal credit card details, then pay with a prepaid gift card

Generally with PayPal your vendor can't see or access your credit card or any financial info, I pay my IPTV provider with PayPal too.

This is why everyone should be getting into bitcoin. It keeps the end user and the resellers safe

I have always used Bitcoin. I even get a15% discount on my monthly bill for using it. That discount is not available with any other payment with that reseller.

If resellers get caught, they will cut a deal by any means. Not worth the risk, IMHO.

You're asking if you can launder money effectively using a credit card. Unless you are using a service that doesn't conform to standards set by credit cards, the answer is no. A subpoena can always be issued to an anonimity provider, such as privacy.com, to obtain the records for a credit card involved in a transaction. What those solutions focus on is hiding your information from the vendor, not hiding your information from the processor.

You're best bet is to use crypto, and even that has weaknesses in anonymity and a ton of weaknesses in escrow.

Setup a fake paypal account, then seed it with a prepaid mc or visa. Use a vpn when doing transactions. Works perfect for years.
