SmartSTB is not smart at all

There should be an option to change the mac address. There are iptv service providers that allow multiple device on the same account. Right now of the 6 licenses that I have I can only use one since I can't edit the MAC address. My provider allows 5 devices on the same account. So I have to use android boxes where I can edit the MAC address. Security as they said, should be left to the user for as long as they know that their service provider will blocked their devices if it is connected to multiple devices. Also for Samsung TV smart STb is very slow.

OP it sounds like you're using the same Mac on different devices? I hope you're not paying extra for the "extra" connections on your Mac sub. If so...yikes.

It is by far the worst app out there. I have no idea why someone would still use Smart STB when there are so many better alternatives out there. I've been using the Amazon Fire Stick 4K which is portable, fast, and runs any IPTV app out there. I've literally used it all around the world on any TV.
