Hey guys I'm just wanting to see what everyone's set up is weather you use your provider's app or use a mag box.

Tivimate is the best app I have come across. Even better is it is regularly being updated.
Nvidia Shield and TiviMate. TiviMate is the best player you can get. Shield is the best box from every comparison you'll find.
2019 Shield Pro, 2017 Shield, (3) 4K firesticks, and 3 Skystream ones stripped to run Iptv and VOD in guest / secondary rooms. Honestly, they all perform rather well. And I could easily drop the shields and use the sticks and trashed droid boxes for same experience.
Edit: in the closet are a Roku 4K, Roku 3, and old sticks. Yeah...fuck Roku

Tivimate premium with any device makes for the most easy to use and best looking interface, in my opinion. Personally, I use a Nvidia shield with tivimate. Fantastic app, well worth the small price.
Running a shield and generic droid box, both running tivmate.
Tivimate Premium and a little Chinese Android box. I used to have a Formula Z8 and various Enignma2 boxes, but there’s really no need for them now that Tivimate had been near-perfected.
2 NVIDIA Shields with Tivimate and IMPlayer. One 2nd Gen Firetv cube with IMPlayer and Tivimate. One BuzzTV XRS4500 and Dreamlink T3 with MOL2. MOL2>BuzzTV4>IMPlayer>Tivimate.
T3 with MOL2 is superior in every way. T3 is the same box as the Formuler Z8. Next would be the BuzzTV. If IPTV is all you’re doing then get a box like the T3/Z8. If you want more than that then get a Shield.
Other then the shield, Ild recommended a box that has DDR4 ram, and tivimate.

Zgemma H9 Combo Enigma2 box, running Xtream-Editor plugin with an 8 service Merged Playlist, then run through E-Channelizer to create custom “Favs” bouquets for each service, plus another “Combined Favs” bouquet that has multiple feeds for every channel from different services so I can easily swap feeds if one has issues.
Im running Shield w/ Kodi; a Fire TV Cube w/ Tivimate Premium; & my BuzzTV XRS4500 w/ Buzz 4. Kodi is for VOD, Tivimate is for Adult, and Buzz4 is for Live TV/ 24-7...
I use an x96 max and it sucks, would not recommend, it crashes a lot.
If personally not used a mag box or any other box like enigma or formula z8 are these not worth the money?

The only problem with the z8 is the image quality much better on the z7+ but that’s me saying I have both and seen the difference with the sae provider

am using firestick installed iptvsmarters app and run it with iptv007.com Sub , works perfect with me
XTeVe to Plex for a backend (both running on unRaid Dockers). Clients are a mix of Nvidia Shield (2017), MiBox, or iPad.
Still dialing in settings for transcoding and xTeve buffer etc but when it works (~80% of the time) it’s great!
Formuler definitely the way to go for iptv. I have had a z7 for years. I have also sold lots. Thinking of trying the z8
