Most IPTV services charge for how many connections you can use at once, not by what channels you get. In general, all channels are included with all subscriptions
Mine has the option to include Adult Channels, or not to include them but the price is the same either way. I'm assuming this is sort of a "parental control" thing for parents... I'm not really into porn so I never include them.

99% provider offer free adult channel i think no need to extra pay again .
comes with the service...I have never come across one where you had to pay extra for it. You pay extra?
