Extract channel list from m3u or EPG?

Hi all.

I'm looking to extract the channel numbers with the channel names from either the m3u or EPG URLs. I don't want to customize an EPG, I just want a list of the channel numbers and channels that I can save.

Someone provided me with a quick way to do it previously in these forums, and I think it was a simple as modifying one of the URLs slightly. I searched and their answer has been deleted from the old thread.

Online text extractor use the Simple mode to extract all text between 2 strings. That's how I extract the names of the TV channels from an m3u file.
