Just use tivimate and hide the groups you don't want to see in settings. You can also edit your playlist in a text editor as some suggested but it's way more complicated and it will not be updated when there are changes from your provider so you will have to edit it again. Not very practical. Or you can use m3u4u, but with tivimate you don't really need it for that specific task.
I would say using m3u4u.com would be the easiest way.
Or you can install the program notepad and change the m3u and save the text document in m3u
What software are you using to watch it? If you use Tivimate you can turn off certain groups that you dont want. Otherwise Iptveditor.com is very nice.

On m3u4u i get: Only groups created by you can be deleted! Try turn off the visibility. =)
