Just use tivimate and hide the groups you don’t want.
LOL Pretty much every provider has US channels.
Virtue does stable US focus better then anybody for a long while now in my own experiences. Like everything else it is not going to be just US only but it is definitely a go to if you are looking for something which is not bloating the service up with a ton of extra features or foreign channels. If it isn't sports and not eng language it isn't in there.
Have not seen him advertise on these boards in at least a year though.

Most services have channels into categories. The service I use has a US entertainment and US sports. Plus other countries. I just favourite the channels I use and then that's all I see
