Few months ago they had a database crash. If ya not yet signed up again you have to sign up again and leave username empty. When you resub fill old username in notes and admin Wil tie your account together.
Just to clarified, they do respond when open ticket. Bud response time is between 24/48 h. Did you open a ticket? If so please b patient
