Try switching your default viewer in your IPTV app preferences.
What app and player are you using?
Is your app up to date?

What devices are you using to play your iptv? And what iptv player are you using?
Fixed it by downloading a newer version from the website thanks everyone for the help
Have you tried to see if it's working on any other player? If it is then it's your player settings but if not then it may be that the VOD might be down of your providers end. Do they not not have a discord or telegram group where you can keep up to date with details on your subscription??
