Urgent: IPTV box satellite channel

I own an IPTV box through which an app called ATN live. I use that app to watch tons of tv stations, but recently my favorite tv station Turkmeneli TV displays that it’s moved to this information (coordinates?):

Satellite: E7WA Frequency: 11372 Symbolrate: 27500 Polarization: Horizontal (H) FEC: 5/6

I see there’s the ability to download apps from play store. Do I download another app to add the channel or something? I also have an app called QTV but that only shows the same information.

I don't think anything ever in the IPTV has ever needed to be urgent.

This is something you need to speak to your provider about. The satellite feed coordinates have changed and the upstream provider is not aware.
