There are so many jacklegged apps out there who knows what is what. First you download this app and it tells you that you need a premium log in for it to work. Try another and it takes forever to download and when it does the quality sucks. I have been there and done all of that.
Buddy of mine turned me onto a private server that has a robust library and a pretty sick app all at the same time. You can use a portal or M3U. Price is insane at $5 per month on any device. You won't get more than 480p from netflix on any cheapo android box, buy a proper android tv box like the shield or mi box, or a firestick 4k. These will support 4k netflix provided you have a premium netflix subscription.

Maximum quality you can get is 480p which is sucks. Best option is to have a correct Android box from start such as Shield TV or Fire Stick 4K.
