Smart IPTV firestick vod error

Question

Hi, I have Firestick with Smart IPTV, working well BUT for VOD files, like, http://mylist.com/username/tvshow.s1e2.mp4 when I try to play popup download options to download the file, but, when I use the Smart IPTV on my TV, LG WebOS, simple start the video. How to solve that issue play on Firestick?

Use either plex emby jellyfin with a dedicated vod subscription

I would understand using smart iptv on a tv as there are not much options available, but you have a firestick. Do yourself a favour: get rid of smart iptv and install a proper app for iptv and vod, there are plenty around much better than siptv.
