So i don't know what happened, but I think my mom tried to go to Youtube on our Infomir Mag 254 box and now it is stuck on google search. Nothing works so far. I tried to reset everything and every time I reset it, it still loads up to the google search page automatically after selecting the portal. I also tried to do a hard reset by rebooting the device and then holding down the menu button at the bottom left of the arrow keys. It brings up a blue BIOS looking screen but it won't let me scroll down past the 2nd option which is the graphic resolution option.

I am at my wits end and have no idea what to do.

Edit: apparently it was not only me. Changed the portal and it fixed the issue.
