I use Bluestacks and then can download any of the apps that run on an Android TV box, Shield, and Firestick. For example, if I'm on my laptop, I might pull up Bluestacks, check out what's new in Filelinked, run my IPTV custom Smarters app, or even TiviMate with no issues.
