What android player should I get to play an IPTV stream on a generic android smart TV?

I just got an IPTV who I don't want to name to not break any rules, but anyway it gives me a question "what is your prefered IPTV device" and options are X3M Player, IPTV Smarters and some others who are paid for I think. I mainly want to watch on my computer (and how do I do that? Win 10) , but I would also like to watch on my smart TV, except that it is a Serbian made or more exactly compiled android TV, there's dozens of generic brands and this one is not the fastest one, doesn't even have the control over smartphone option, so it's a low end smart TV, but it can still download apps, so I need an app that works on anything.

If TiViMate is an option their premium app is top of the line in my opinion.

TiviMate does not work on Windows, I wish it did. Sure would make things less complicated.

If Android then TiviMate. If Windows then NextPVR or SimpleTV. However most IPTV services have a Windows based web player app so should not be much of an issue.
I am not going to recommend any devices, last time I did I got crap for recommending one of those cheap Chinese android boxes but I don't see any good reason why somebody needs to spend a bunch on money on devices if you need 2 or 3 of these units in your house.

Firestick works pretty well. On pc, there's a windows app. It's not sleek as hell like tivimate but it does the job.
