Looking for overall stable service with great VOD selection

I know nothing is 100% stable. I just want something that is known for being more reliable than other services and has wide VOD selection. Accepting personal VOD requests is a must for me as well as there is a lot of content (many old) that I can't find anywhere else. As for live tv, I only need USA and Canada channels..

VOD is becoming more and more scarce, VOD account for more takedown notices to IPTVs than live tv. and with plex shares and kodi addons, getting films and tv shows has never been easier.

If a IPTV can find your requests, then so can you.
