Hey folks, I currently have a Hitron CGN3 from a local cable reseller on their 75/10 service and I'm consistently experiencing lag using iptv (Dreamlink T2 5G using Dream Online II). Would changing modems help this at all? My provider also has the Hitron CDA3-35, Technicolor TC4400 and the SmartRG SR808ac
no, won't help. Assuming you have at least a 10-15mbps internet service, you should be perfectly fine.
Do a speedtest to figure out what the speed is at the actually box you're using. And are you sure your ISP isn't throttling your IPTV ?
