Well that sucks big time, now I have no idea what I will use a backup service as it seems that everything I try as a backup service buffers too much for the channels that I require. Maybe I will just forget about having a backup service.

yes , but i think service depends on the servers that they are streaming .
For example me and my bro have 2 different sub , and on some channels there is a HJK (logo) which mean same source , i run ozzyiptv and my bro have rocketfast while my sub run smooth with no buffering my brothers always buffer , so i think source depends on the servers
Look for logos, chanel name and domain name ( in the playlist) trace that domain name ip and see if theres a different.
Or pick a channel that don't work trace that on the other provider and test it. That's how I tested different providers before I buy them.
