Hey! I've got a Formuler Z8, and I can set up recordings on a USB-stick. But all the recordings are a .TS format. Is it possible to set it up to record it in .MP4 or a other more regular video format? Now I need to reset every recording I do.

Not possible.
Use a converter after you record it.
.ts is a normal video file. What are you trying to view it on? VLC plays .ts no problem. You shouldn't have to convert it you can just remux it into a different container.
