The IPTV host guy activated my Formuler Z7+ last year June. Since the end of April and begin May, the channels are not working anymore. I always tell the IPTV guys that I have a MAG, and that they can activate MAC address. After an recent update (around april) it got messed up. I end up with the error: Check your internet connection, or check your portal address, whenever I try to connect to the portal.
My mum has the same device, different provider, but same technique is been used (portal = MAG). It's annoying that I do not know what to do next. Am I the only one with this experience?
Things I tried: different providers, different portal links, factory reset.. Nothing worked out.
Is your box fully up to date with all software updates?
Something seems amiss. You're saying that you've signed up and paid for other IPTV providers, selecting the MAG type of connection, and then provided your MAC address to the provider, and then plugged in the portal URL given to you by a provider, and it doesn't work?
