Dang, I just did an extensive search for what you are looking for, and can’t find a thing. There really should be more options for MAC OS.

This is not exactly what you requested, but it’s the best IPTV I’ve came across in the Appstore for MacOS: TV Stream & Movie Stream You can remove channels you’re uninterested with. It also sync’s across all your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Mac) It doesn’t have Xstream server login yet but can turn your Xstream server login into a M3U link.
