Have certain channels from my provider that buffer a lot when loading at first, but for some reason when I go channel up and back down to that channel,. it fixes it . Almost like a quick reload solves the problem. But why is this happening in the first place? Why dont they just load on start properly?
Any suggestions such as STB settings etc. ? Thx....
For me it is the same thing, except the audio cuts out. I was trying to watch something last night and had to change channels back and forth every few minutes.

I have the same problem with the same description using dreambox 920, no plugin or app while watching the channels

You need to provide more info. What device? What app? What service? Examples of which channels are affected?
Probably down to how your provider is providing the streams. If they are using on demand streaming then their servers have to start the stream when you connect thus causing this behaviour
