Tivimate is the best, in my opinion. It's $5/yr or $20 lifetime. Fast guide. Multi pip. Catch up is intuitive and they recently added recording.

I don't believe tivimate supports recording of catchup. This is a very unique use case. I guess you want to record catchup, and the existing duration for your catchup (1-7 days typically) is not satisfactory for you?

I see you have a shield, why not use the built in screen recording of the shield? I think it's called nVidia Share or something. Anyways, hold down the home button (I think...or maybe hold down OK button) and menu will pop up to record whatever is on the screen.

Lastly, may be worth checking out implayer. I know for a fact you can download VOD thru the app, just cant remember if you can do fancy stuff (record/download) catchup content.

Pretty sure IPTV extreme lets you download catch up as well as VOD!

Ok, I had incompatible playlist. Now I have changed playlist and Catchup Rec works fine on IptvExtreme, I have checked newest TiviMate app but Carchup Rec still no work.
