So you purchased IPTV with a PayPal Business account? That's a lethal mistake.

Never leave money in paypal accounts. Once I get more then $50 -$100 in the account it gets transfered out. Paypal is nothing but a bunch of cunts. If I need to make a purchase using paypal I just transfer money back into that account.

Get a lawyer.

Why do you use your BUSINESS paypal account to buy iptv? Had you used a different account you wouldn't be where you are. You don't even need a paypal account to pay with paypal, you can pay with CC.

Good luck getting it back sadly. I got taken for $750 for different reasons but with paypal you wont win. I got a lawyer because paypal reversed a charge for a 2nd time on a case I already won. I sold a watch and 96 days later the person tried open a case and said it was not the same item as described. Well it was 96 days you had 3+ months to return it, so I won. Fast forward another 4 1/2 months I get an email paypal now reversed it AGAIN and I owe them 750$. After speaking with them hey stated the buyer went via his credit card company and reversed the charge and paypal "lost" vs the card company. I asked what about my watch? This was a real gold Movado with diamonds. Will paypal tell him to return the item? Nope. They told me I had to reach out to him via email and ask him to send it back. Paypal is a joke and I will never use them again. I lost my case with them because apparently its in their policy for you to get your item back yourself. How is that possible when the buyer already got the item months ago and refuses to answer any of my emails because he is obviously scamming people this way. Like I said, never again will I use paypal. I hope they rot in hell. But since you went against policy even with a lawyer it will be next to impossible.

I would heavily question the legality of this.

That's why nobody should use Paypal for buying IPTV and switch to Bitcoin. It's lot more safe.

Update from my provider ozzyiptv , they sent me this email :

Dear xxx

First of all we are so sorry to see what happened to your PayPal account and funds , the 3 transactions you sent us were for 3 different PayPal accounts that have nothing to do with IPTV, the first PayPal account we sent you is for a web hosting company online since 2006 ( www. xxxxx .com ) the second PayPal account we sent you is for our hosting provider ovh account ( a well known provider ) and the third transaction is also for one of our providers (instant dedicated ) these guys are also well known and online since 2007 so as you noticed we only send our customers who wishes to pay via paypal accounts of well known hosting companies to avoid any issues with PayPal .

We attached all your transactions please confirm , we at ozzyiptv know how hard PayPal can be on both merchants and users that is the main reason we never send our customers any account that have anything to do with (iptv) .

So yes you can go legally against them and do not worry non of the accounts above are related to any iptv service .

Hope you can solve this issye as soon as possible and get your money back .

They stole 220 dollars in Australia we have Financial Ombudsman and they usually receive financial sanctions for being complained about, so I’m not sure if you a regulator of the conduct of different sections of the community that deal with the public but it’s usually just logging the complaint, legally it might be worth the pursuit you should get a return I started fighting because my Brother is a barrister and never gets this crap happening to success he always gets compensated for any errors or stuff around so I figure I would just say the words ‘listen this has been a really big consumption of my time so I would really appreciate some form of remuneration I clearly have done no wrong and would appreciate a sign of good faith in the recognition of my business being valued. It may reap nothing but mostly you will get something where companies are in the wrong. My friends owned a business and a bottle smashed and cut someone at a wedding immediately they take it to insurance and they repay for pain and suffering. It’s a thing that happens for most things and we see it on television but many folks tend to think that in smaller things they need legal advice..

As someone who sometimes sends money to IPTV guys I'm interested if anyone has a proper explanation for this and if it's safe to continue.

I mean a lot of people do this but it seems maybe you have maybe been caught out somehow,

4k seems rather excessive though,was this money in your PayPal account or your linked bank account ?

This is why I only use Bitcoin to pay for my IPTV....
