VOD for xciptv is stuck in the loading screen saying “updating”. Read that LG TVs have issues with VOD but I dont see how they are related. Any help/suggestions?

EVERY "smart TV" has problems with IPTV/VOD by using WiFi.
Probably the IC inside gets too hot and "crash". The ONLY solution is by turning off the TV directly from the wall !
