Best course of action

So, my backup service client portal disappeared last weekend. The service still works through generic xciptv app, but altogether the streams are rather sub par..... and it was on the decline before the exit of the billing site. Now, today, my prepaid CC was charged the amount for the next month. I never set up auto withdrawal. Not thrilled about it, It’s not a huge deal for next 30 days, not concerned about the $, but how in the world am I supposed to cancel this service in the coming weeks? Any advice is much appreciated.
