What do you mean? What servers and how do you know they are in Spain?
Must be some Spanish Telecom/ISP's filtering IPTV, nothing to do with Spanish located servers.
Try with out of Spain VPN and test.
Must be your provider. Mine has been solid. ISP is Orange.
