IPTVX. GSE Pro is ok too. I find them all quite buggy though.
Edit: whoops you said iOS. Go with IPTV - Streams. App made by some person on reddit. Actually really good and reliable and does background playing.
No chance of adding Xtream codes
Not sure what device you are using. But I’m using Mega IPTV. Great app for multiple services
