Mag 254 issue, black and red loading screen.

Hi all, I am trying to troubleshoot for my parents who are in another city.. tough to do over the phone...

Anyway, just yesterday they noticed the infomir loading screen has a red and black background (see pic). It loads for a while and then the TV says no source detected. So the signal is being lost somehow.

Their setup has been working flawlessly for months. Then yesterday informir Loading screen is black and red (as opposed to the usual black) and then signal is lost. Any idea what the black and red loading screen means? Or what the problem could be? Thanks.

Alot of boxes getting blocked by infomir at the. Minute as they are cracking down on iptv 🤷‍♂️ pain in the arse tbh

Could be an issue with the HDMI port on the TV or the MAG or even the cable. Check the HDMI cable is correctly inserted in both devices. Then swap to a different HDMI port and then swap the HDMI cable out.

Usually an HDMI issue with the tv or the box. I've had this happen twice with my mag 322 and Samsung tv. Power off both devices completely, unplug HDMI cable from both ends, and then unplug power cord from the tv side for about 15 mins. Plug everything back and check.

Mag devices mate, get them and android device or fire stick can't go wrong then
