So I just want to watch YouTube on MAG 322, but I do not want to pay subscription. How do I do that?

There used to be a YouTube app on older firmwares, but was removed a couple of years ago. Probably stopped working or licencing issues. Maybe you can try a really old firmware if you can find it.
There is also an internet browser on the box but I just checked it and youtube videos don't play on it as it doesn't supposed html5.
Lastely, there is a magic cast app on it that supports casting videos from Chrome with the help of an extension. It works but clumsy.
In short, don't use the mag for YouTube :). Maybe get a cheap chromecast and cast youtube from your phone.
