Reboot everything. If that doesn't work get ahold of your provider.
Use a player that has audio delay settings such as VLC
Tivimate has an audio delay function that you can adjust for each channel. For instance if you are streaming a full HD channel you might need to adjust 150ms on a slow tv, but only 50ms on a standard definition channel.
Voice sync isn't alway a provider issue. Try the basics first. If your a Bluetooth sound bar switch to optical. And turn off any sound settings like dolby. Use stereo.
