I’m guessing your admin/supplier was part of the same prism network that’s gone down. I was a reseller and I can give you my exp. I have around 100 active users from local area/friends of friends etc. As of Friday night I lost everything, all the credits I had, the entire panel with user details and all users service has stopped.
