Now Now!!! It’s a risk we all take! Some providers have 20k or more subscribers. But, who knows, they might go “FUC* IT” had enough and pull the plug. “Got our money!” time to shut up shop!!
One of my services has been down for a few days. It's still off via my e2 box, but the service became available via their app yesterday.
It really varies, on the intelligence and balls of the operator. Plus why they disappeared, heat or just lack of interest/knowledge.
Basically, pack bags and move on if they've left you high and dry with no communication for 4-5 days
