I recently carried out a speed test both on my android box and the app. The pro version has speedtest as an option on settings.
When I tested on the Smarters pro app, my speed was 10x slower than the speed being shown on my android box, yet the appis on the very same box.
The seped test was carried out with an ethanet connection. The app slows the speed down, not the box, load the app and the issue is there.
Can anyone help?
Are you using a VPN from inside your Smarters app?
Also check out both speed tests are using the exact same units of measurement as it can be confusing and lead to false results.

Lots of variables here.
A speed test largely depends on the server location you're testing with/from and many other factors. If you're using a VPN that will also slow things down quite a bit. Are you having problems with the stream(s)? If not, don't worry about what a speed test says and stream on.
If so, you'll likely want to get a second opinion via another app and also check your physical connection to make sure you're connected at the expected link speed (eg gigabit switch or modem connection).
Tbh Smarters is most garbage peace of software, very well bad written code. Avoid using it, there are much better option out there.
