What is the best (in terms of stability, scaleability and price) known hardware right now in the market to run IPTV on a 4K TV?
Shield is gold standard, but 4k firestick is a good cheap option.
Shield Pro 2019, not the tube.
I have the Shield TV 2019 (tube) and it's pretty awesome. The main feature is the AI 4k upscaling.
I have booth a Mi box S and Shield (tube) The Mi box is pretty cheap and works most the time for what i needed it for. But the Shield is better and to me, was worth the extra money.
The best device for a great IPTV experience would be a formuler Z8 . Although sheild is a higher spec box and better for gaming for sure. nothing beats Formulers stability and scalability for IPTV purposes, its what these boxes are designed for.
Shield is best. But prices are 150 to 200 dollars. Z8 is what I use and it has egg and channel loading is almost instant. The remote is standard with a few configurable buttons as well. Another great box is the MAG 324 around the same price as the Z8.
