When my provider deletes channels they are not deleted automatically and I have to delete them manually myself. New channels are syncing and added but the removed channels are not removed.
I contacted the support at Xtreme(Xeev) and they told me to sync and then delete them from the right-hand side where it says in red "Delete Removed From Provider" but it doesn't work.
Can anyone please help?
XE is terrible now im not gonna extend my sub to them anymore. They missing epg and lie they will add/fix but nothing.
The delete removed works absolutely fine for me, not sure why it isn't removing for you. Sadly no way to automatically do it, but think I'd prefer that given sometimes when a provider goes down I've had it show that all channels were removed.
Make sure you refresh your playlist in the player too, not only on XE.
