I know the 4 digit passcode but still have a hard time to access the locked content on STBEMU.
When I select a locked content, it throws up an online screen which asks me to enter a passcode. I use the 3 horizontal lines, choose keyboard and then a screen comes up. No matter what I do, I am unable to see anything I type. And, the system goes into limbo and I cannot do anything further.
Wondering if anyone knows how to go about it?
I have a different problem , why can’t I use the same subscription (keeping same MAC) address on my STB & MAG box ? Definitely not using them simultaneously..once I have activated my subscription on the MAG and it works well. Later when I plug it off and plan to watch it on my STB platform it gives me an error saying “Need to register this device” ... Prior to MAG activation that STB worked like a charm .. I have tried it multiple times by requesting the service provider to reset my MAC address , and story remains the same - STB works fine initially and once I activate it on the MAG then STB stops to work even when MAG box is turned off ... Can someone pls explain what’s going on ...
Use the Fire TV app on your phone to input passcode. It will allow you to watch the video. You will be at peace. Physical remote doesn’t work.
