get a firestick and install whatever you want.  Not much selection on Samsung app store.

U can install the smarters app on a Samsung tv from the US Samsung store only. Your IPTV provider must have registered with smarters to make it work

I know some of the tv's had iptv smarters in their store. Also heard of guys side loading the app via usb port on tv.

Depending on which Samsung tv, I once youtubed it and found someone that also had the app to download and install via usb drive but the automatic updates have to be disabled on tv too.

Samsung TV running firmware 1270 still allows Smarters to be installed. You can try to side load via USB storage haven’t tried that but it’s possible. Would recommend getting a Firestick
