I am aware of xTeVe, but it's more for creating a network tuner. I am looking for something with a bit of a better interface to modify m3u playlist, and move around groups, etc.

1.) NotePad++ ; download your providers m3u and trim the shit outta it. Mines 66kb for 340ish channels
2.) Name the channels correctly (Discovery, Discovery Science etc). Its important for scraping epg data
3.) Download webgrab+ , read the docs and faq
4.) Make sure the names (tvg-id's not so much, actual names) match in WebGrab++.config.xml and mybitchingshort.m3u
5.) Setup webgrab to run automagically (faq)
6.) Enjoy
Stupid question. But I have an Iptv service. What does a service like m3u4u DO?
