KS Hosting - their site say payment declined, but it shows up on my transaction history

Has this happened to anyone? Trying to pay them for the first time, and now this...

I opened a support ticket with them, hopefully they will respond and rectify

Edit: clarified. They did respond. It is likely an error on my part. Hopefully I will see my funds getting credited back soon

Further edit: took 10 days in total but credit card company finally refunded the amount. After a charge back request was made.

How did you pay them?

I’d do a charge back on your card, and look somewhere else. Especially if this is the first time....that’s hella sketchy.

It happened to me a few months ago, I disputed with C.C. company, got it taken off immediately, it had to do with the option I was using to pay.
