Apologies if I seems that I've no idea what I'm talking about, well cause I kinda don't!
I'm wondering if there is another, better looking app I can use with my IPTV service other than StbEMU I don't think the setup is great and looks outdated. I'm not 100% sure how it all works I just gave my MAC add. and received an url from my provider and connect with that.
Any and all replies welcome.

I run mine through Kodi, I find it much better than the STBEmu app. What device are you running it on?

I run on implayer.tv Very nice gui and updated every week at the moment.
If you have a URL from your provider, 100% use TiviMate and pay for the premium. It's the best experience on the shield with the cleanest/most modern ui(IMHO) and handles recording, picture in picture and split screen really well
OTT navigator supports mac-based subs, implayer is testing it right now, so could be added to the list soon. I don't think there are other options, for Android at least, at the moment.
