I'm not interested in the "required donations" after v3, totally ridiculous. While my old 2.1 install is working for now, I want to be ready when a site makes a change and the siteini's no long work.

xmltv-utils. You can use docker to run it. Super easy, barely an inconvenience. Though I've not really found a good up to date docker image, so I did end up creating my own Dockerfile (with TVHeadend) that compiles from source, and works perfectly (also TVHeadend highly recommended, especially with Kodi).
Yea i was pretty damn mad that after i donated to get a badge the siteini i wanted was 20 euros. Im currently using IPTVBoss to edit my m3u and fill whatever is left with the guide they provide.
