Have you power cycled?
It could also happen if you take box to a different country, and the subscription is country locked
Sometimes it's just the application's problem. Assuming that your subscription is still valid, the easiest way to solve it is to uninstall then reinstall the application.
Don't know if that will work too, but you can install an STB emulator (on PC , phone, TV,...) and set your subscription MAC address on it, then use the same Portal address. This will determine if the problem comes from the box or the provider.
This means either your url is changed or your provider blocked you before your IPTV is expired.
Are you using NONBLOCK firmware on your MAG. ? You probably know, Infomir blocks all unofficial URL. You need to instal NONBLOCK firmware for your MAG model and the problem will be gone. Done this many times to my subs. Other reasons can be ISP block if you are not using VPN.

stb blocked it's could be multiple things. Your isp blocked the portal or your ip is blocked on the server. Are you using a mag device?
Stb blocked usually means your subscription has expired with that provider. Check that you paid your reseller and that you're picking the right portal/URL when you start the box.
