I have received a URL from the provider.
- With IPTV Smarters Pro the channels open
- With Smart IPTV: Upload page write that 3000 channels were uploaded but when I re-open the app on TV the channels are not uploaded.
I have uploaded multiple test links on the past and worked properly. I also tried to upload the file and it also doesn't work...
Can I do something or is it an issue only solvable by the provider
Test your url first in vlc on a pc and go from there.
Make sure that's working first. That will let you know if the account is properly activated at least.
At this point nobody can tell you if the provider is to blame or if it's user error.
Start with verifying the account is working and proceed with normal process of elimination of all variables.
