Sapphire won’t accept payment

I’m trying to set up a new service with sapphire, since gamemaster disappeared months ago we’ve been without an IPTV. Anyone have any thoughts as to why every payment method I try is declined? Have tried 3 CCs, with and without a VPN running. All info matches, believe me I’ve triple checked my membership and card info and even updated my Apple Pay info. Their site declines every payment method I try, no option for PPal. Ive had a support ticket open for a couple hours with no response

Isn't sapphire having issues with payment provider right now? Check with your reseller.

Just an observation. If you jam in three CC's, apple pay and two bitcoins all in thirty seconds of course it balks.

It seemed to jam for me also the first time I paid with a CC but checked my email and payment went through. Never got an email with my user and password so went into my acct at Sapphire and grabbed it.

I've always paid with btc with them

I have had problems paying with debit cards, credit cards seem to be fine in the past, but I have normally paid with BTC.
