Tracking TV Shows

I've recently switched to and IPTV sub and I was wondering how most of you track the TV Shows that you watch? I dont see any easy way to track what we have watched and not watched. I am leveraging tivimate for the front end. I Know I can record locally or to NAS but there really is no way to track anything.

I manually track with trakt.tv.

If you have a Android phone, I highly recommend. Best tv show tracking app I've used.

Depends on what app you use to watch. most of them have history or make a show a favorite so you can go back and check.
