My cousin gave me this box. He Said it was a cable substitute. He didn't like it but he didn't want to throw it away.

I didnt use it after the first day, because I dont watch TV or movies. I tried turning it on today, and it says I'm blocked from the portal.

I think they want me to pay for a subscription renewal but I dont want to. Is there anything else I could use this box for? I've gotten the jist that using this to stream TV and movies is in a legal grey area, and i would like to stay away from all of that.

I also dont want to pay for any streaming services since I won't use them.

Can i make this thing play youtube or something? its a mag 324.

Other wise I might just throw this thing into the recycling.
