MAG322 won't save channel order???

Question

So I have 2 services on my MAG322, one of them, when I try and place my favorite channels in the order I want (move them), all is well. The other service though, when I move them around, and go to the next page of channels and come back, they are no longer in the order I wanted them in. They all go back to where they were?

Any ideas?

I had this issue with a couple of services too, it's not the box, I think it's bad configuration from the providers. I just left them and picked one that works.
